HORMONE THERAPY AND SURGERY FUND
Jan. 20th, 2022 12:11 pmI could write out a TL;DR post where I tell you all the reasons donating to me will save my ass financially and make me happier in my day to day life, but I won't. If you'd like me to, you can reply to this post and I will, but in the post itself, I'm going to keep it nice and clean and update you guys on my transition through this post and probably my personal DW account (that's this one for those unaware) overall.
To start out with: what is this for? It's essentially the start of my hormones and surgery fund. It's got some money in there from when I posted this to my personal LJ a couple months back but since we've all moved I wanted to put up a post here as well.
I'm also going to include a link to my original LJ post here in case anyone wanted to look at it. It includes commission offers for anyone who donates up to a certain amount of money because I've done my best to surround myself with wonderful, loving people and apparently it's working. If any of those who offered to commission would like me to put it up on this post as well, please let me know and I will!
PROGRESS SO FAR: My first endocrinologist appointment is set for FEB 16 and I'm really excited for it and it's going to be great. The endocrinologist also happens to be two and a half hours from where I live and the appointment is going to cost me about $175.
Some quick facts about me as a person and trans man is that I've been living as a man for about three and a half years now and have yet to undergo any hormones or surgeries. I'm eighteen as of now but that's going to change in about a month and a half. I do have a means of income unlike last time so I'm not quite as desperate but any money would still be appreciated if you can give it.
Anyway, yes, there's the magic button. You may use it if you so desire.
